Under graduate Study (Bachelor degree)
The USA higher education system is much more open as compared to Indian education system. Bachelor degrees in the USA typically take 4 years. The first 2 years include general required courses such as mathematics, history, literature and communication which develops a broad-based knowledge across various subject areas. The later years focus on the chosen “major” subject. Some Universities offer cooperative education programs which allow students to alternate academic studies with full-time work experience placements. If one choose to do more than one co-op, it might take closer to 5 years to complete the degree. USA higher education system is flexible which allow students to change their major after 1 or 2 years. capabilities. Graduate Study (Masters degree) In USA a master’s degree also called a “graduate degree” which usually takes 2
years, however fast-track courses are also available where you can finish the degree in 1 year. Graduate level education lets you study a subject in depth that allow you to be more career focused. In USA to get entry into a graduate degree you need GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) or GRE (Graduate Record Examination) scores.
But in some courses TOEFL, IELTS scores are also eligible.
